Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including digging, lifting, and moving materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily operations.
- Operate and maintain basic construction equipment and tools safely.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of hazards in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Unload and stock construction materials (wood, concrete, bricks) efficiently.
- Follow all safety protocols and site-specific instructions strictly.
- Fill out daily timesheets and material logs accurately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50+ lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for measuring and ordering materials.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
