Responsibilities
- Assist with various on-site tasks, including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials.
- Operate hand and power tools safely under the supervision of foremen.
- Perform site preparation, including digging, leveling, and cleaning work areas.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a secure work environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
Qualifications
- Previous construction or general labor experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as project demands require.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures on a job site.
