Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up equipment, and ensuring safety compliance
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, equipment operation, and task completion
- Read and interpret blueprints to execute construction plans accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper waste disposal
- Adhere to OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and other physically demanding tasks as needed
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of construction or labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physically strenuous tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
