Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including digging, lifting, and material handling
- Operate construction equipment safely (e.g., jackhammers, saws, drills)
- Assist skilled tradesmen with project-specific tasks
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project plans
- Assist in material preparation and site preparation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year construction experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
