Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and foundation work
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) safely
- Install/assemble scaffolding and temporary structures
- Read blueprints and technical specifications
- Maintain OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Assist carpenters, masons, and electricians
- Perform cleanup and waste management
Qualifications
- 2+ years construction/labor experience
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Basic blueprint reading skills
- Heavy equipment operation experience
- Pass pre-employment drug screen
- High school diploma or GED
