Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including excavation, material handling, and site cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction site operations
- Maintain safety protocols and adhere to OSHA standards
- Support project timelines through efficient task completion
- Load/unload construction materials safely and accurately
- Participate in daily team briefings and progress updates
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and team collaboration
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- No prior construction experience necessary
- Reliable transportation to job sites
