- Execute construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and framing
- Safely operate heavy machinery and hand tools
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications

- Perform site preparation and cleanup activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Flexibility to work varied hours including overtime
- Basic hand tool proficiency required
