Responsibilities
- Assist in demolition, excavation, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery safely
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Read blueprints and interpret construction plans
- Perform general carpentry and concrete work
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for measurements
- Flexible availability for overtime/weekends
