Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery safely
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades professionals
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean worksites
- Read blueprints and execute construction plans
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Complete daily safety inspections and reports
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Experience with concrete, framing, or site prep
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Team-oriented with strong work ethic
