Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting materials, operating hand/power tools, and site preparation
- Assist skilled tradespeople with carpentry, masonry, and concrete work
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Read and interpret blueprints to execute construction plans accurately
- Operate light machinery (e.g., saws, drills, jackhammers) under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Complete daily timecards and project documentation as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Pass background check and drug screening
