- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently
- Follow blueprints and instructions from site supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized job sites to meet safety standards
- Assist skilled tradespeople with specialized construction tasks
- Transport materials and equipment to designated work areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme conditions
- Strong teamwork skills and attention to safety protocols
