Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople in residential and commercial construction projects
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, setting up equipment, and maintaining safety protocols
- Load/unload construction materials and operate hand/power tools safely
- Follow blueprints and instructions to support concrete, framing, and finishing tasks
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA standards
- Perform site cleanup and waste management daily
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines efficiently
Qualifications
- No experience requiredâentry-level candidates encouraged to apply
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driverâs license preferred (not required)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurements and calculations
