Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and directing equipment
- Load/unload materials and operate hand/power tools safely
- Assist skilled trades with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions precisely
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA standards
- Report safety hazards and maintain equipment functionality
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
