Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in the preparation of construction sites, including clearing debris, excavation, and grading.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools safely and efficiently.
- Equipment Support: Operate and maintain basic construction equipment and hand tools under supervision.
- Site Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards at all times.
- Assistance: Provide general labor support to skilled tradespeople, including carpenters, electricians, and masons.
- Quality Control: Help ensure that work is performed to the highest quality standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous construction or general labor experience is a plus but not required; we will train the right candidates.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and working in various weather conditions.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time work, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
