Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks and general labor duties.
- Load, unload, and stack building materials, tools, and equipment.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools safely under supervision.
- Perform site preparation, including cleaning, digging, and leveling.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a secure work environment.
- Transport materials to and from the job site using hand trucks or forklifts.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and material estimation.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
