Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties on active construction sites, including loading and unloading materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc.) with various tasks.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and correctly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to strict site safety regulations.
- Transport materials to and from the job site as directed by supervisors.
- Perform minor site preparation tasks such as digging, shoveling, and leveling surfaces.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of temporary construction structures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions (hot, cold, rain).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols (OSHA) is a plus but not required.
