Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and general site cleanup.
- Operate and maintain heavy construction equipment and power tools safely.
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with various installation tasks.
- Ensure all work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and secure them on site.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience in construction labor, landscaping, or general handyman work is a plus.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
