Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including debris removal.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications.
- Perform site preparation, including digging, leveling, and concrete pouring support.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work full-time hours, including weekends if necessary.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
- Previous construction experience is a plus, but training is available for qualified candidates.
