Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, carrying materials, and site preparation.
- Operate and maintain construction equipment such as forklifts, skid steers, and air compressors.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with various on-site tasks.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, safety instructions, and project layouts.
- Unload and stock building materials efficiently to keep the project on schedule.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies strictly.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the USA.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments.
- OSHA 10-hour safety certification is a plus but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
