Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment on-site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily tasks.
- Operate power tools and construction equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, adhering to strict safety regulations (OSHA).
- Follow blueprints, diagrams, and supervisor instructions to complete tasks accurately.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in construction labor or general labor is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn new skills and operate machinery safely.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented attitude.
- Valid Driver’s License is required.
