Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily tasks.
- Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Prepare and clean job sites, including debris removal and trenching.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
- Measure, cut, and shape materials for specific project requirements.
- Perform basic site surveying and measurements.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for long periods.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, rain).
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team setting.
