Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks and project execution.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from the job site.
- Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal, trench digging, and site preparation.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools (power drills, saws, etc.) under supervision.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations and site protocols at all times.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed by project managers.
Qualifications
- Previous construction experience is a plus, but willing to train motivated candidates.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and working in various weather conditions.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to read and understand basic blueprints and safety instructions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
