Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and accurately transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily tasks.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform site preparation duties including digging, leveling, and debris removal.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety regulations and site-specific protocols strictly.
- Perform physical labor for extended shifts, including lifting and carrying heavy items.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability are mandatory.
- Experience in construction or general labor is a plus but not required.
