Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling the ground.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under the direction of supervisors.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in strict adherence to OSHA safety standards.
- Perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting and carrying heavy objects.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry heavy loads (50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well as part of a team.
