Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials and tools at the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, framers, electricians) with daily tasks and operations.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Follow all safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and company policies.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting heavy objects, and moving debris.
- Measure and cut materials as directed by the site supervisor.
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions carefully.
- Ability to perform physical labor for long periods, including standing, walking, and lifting.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating material quantities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Team-oriented attitude with the ability to work well with others.
- Availability to work full-time hours, including weekends or overtime if needed.
