What You Will Do:
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools.
- Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized.
- Perform basic measurements and read simple blueprints.
- Operate basic construction equipment under supervision.

Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials.
- Set up and take down temporary site structures and barricades.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members.
- Assist in general site cleanup and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform strenuous physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work at heights or in confined spaces (training provided).
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
- Reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude.
