Responsibilities
- Assist in general construction tasks including loading, unloading, and carrying materials.
- Operate hand and power tools safely under supervision.
- Prepare and clean job sites before and after work.
- Follow safety protocols and site regulations at all times.
- Perform digging, tamping, and other manual labor as directed by supervisors.
- Transport tools and equipment to and from job sites.
- Read and understand basic blueprints and safety signs.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods in varying weather conditions.
- Willingness to work outdoors and climb ladders/stairs.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
