Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties including loading and unloading materials, hauling, and cleaning job sites.
- Operate power tools and construction equipment under supervision to assist skilled tradespeople.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of job sites, including barricading and signage.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following all safety protocols and regulations.
- Measure, cut, and handle building materials with precision and care.
- Communicate effectively with crew leads and other team members to ensure project efficiency.
- Perform basic site inspections to identify potential hazards or structural issues.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform strenuous manual labor for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and ability to read and follow instructions.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and at heights when necessary.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Experience in construction or general labor is a plus but not required (training provided).
