Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily site operations and project tasks.
- Operate and maintain hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and equipment on the job site.
- Ensure the work area remains clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Follow blueprints, diagrams, and safety guidelines to ensure structural integrity.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other construction personnel.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic knowledge of construction terminology is a plus, but on-the-job training is provided.
- Must be willing to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
