Responsibilities
- Assist with general construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup.
- Operate and maintain hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload construction materials and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
- Perform basic measurements and assist in reading blueprints or plans under supervision.
- Collaborate with crew members to complete projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
