Responsibilities
- Assist in various phases of construction projects, including excavation, framing, and finishing.
- Operate and handle construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload construction materials, ensuring proper storage and organization.
- Perform site cleanup, including debris removal and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Follow all project blueprints and safety protocols to ensure high-quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to coordinate tasks.
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Previous construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Commitment to strict safety regulations and OSHA guidelines.
- Willingness to work full-time hours.
