Responsibilities
- Assist with general construction tasks, including excavation, demolition, and site preparation.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Operate power tools and hand tools under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.
- Follow blueprints and project plans to ensure accurate execution of tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Perform physical labor in various weather conditions as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors for long periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols (OSHA preferred).
- Willingness to learn new skills and work as part of a team.
