Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, grading, and earthwork operations with precision
- Operate heavy machinery including skid steers and excavators
- Assist in concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Maintain clean, organized job sites throughout shifts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex builds
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30 certification required
- Class A/B CDL license preferred
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Proficient with power tools and hand equipment
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends
