Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and material handling at construction sites
- Operate basic machinery (e.g., jackhammers, saws) under supervision
- Maintain clean and safe work environments by debris removal
- Assist skilled trades with material preparation and setup
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and blueprints
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks and reporting
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Basic hand tool proficiency
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical exam
