Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, excavation, and material handling using heavy equipment
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions for construction tasks
- Maintain clean and organized job sites while adhering to OSHA standards
- Perform concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks as assigned
- Collaborate with tradespeople to ensure timely project completion
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Knowledge of basic construction tools and materials
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
