Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks including carpentry, masonry, or excavation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Perform basic site preparation tasks such as digging, leveling, and concrete finishing.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform heavy manual labor for extended periods.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating materials.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
- Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
