Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, framing, and finishing
- Operate machinery safely (forklifts, jackhammers, etc.)
- Read and interpret blueprints with precision
- Maintain clean, organized job sites
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Assist skilled trades with material handling
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Background check clearance required
- Team player with strong work ethic
