What You Will Do:
- Operate and maintain construction tools and heavy machinery safely.
- Load and unload building materials from trucks and distribute them to work sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling ground.
- Ensure all work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Perform basic measurements and calculations to support project needs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards (OSHA).
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills.
