Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including excavation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Assist skilled tradespersons with carpentry, masonry, and demolition work
- Maintain clean and safe job sites following OSHA standards
- Read blueprints and project specifications for task execution
- Operate hand/power tools and construction machinery safely
- Participate in daily team briefings and project meetings
- Report hazards and maintain site security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Basic math and measurement skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Team player with strong communication skills
