Responsibilities
- Excavate, dig trenches, and prepare construction sites
- Load/unload materials and operate hand/power tools safely
- Erect scaffolding, braces, and temporary structures
- Mix concrete, operate machinery, and assist skilled trades
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Read blueprints and communicate effectively with supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material estimates
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided)
- Physical stamina and willingness to work overtime
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
