Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and general site preparation.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools safely and according to safety protocols.
- Clean and prepare job sites, ensuring a safe, organized, and debris-free environment.
- Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety policies to prevent accidents.
- Perform general labor duties such as digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods outdoors.
- Ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly and stand for long hours.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety equipment is a plus but not required.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Must be available for full-time hours, including weekends if necessary.
