Your Responsibilities
- Perform general site preparation, including excavation, leveling, and debris removal.
- Load, unload, and stack construction materials, tools, and equipment securely.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, framers) with daily operational tasks.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment at all times.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations, company policies, and project blueprints.
Requirements
- Physically fit with the stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and ability to read simple measurements.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed.
- Experience with construction tools is a plus, but training is provided for qualified candidates.
