Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and concrete pouring.
- Operate heavy machinery and hand tools safely and according to operational instructions.
- Perform general site cleanup, including removal of debris, trash, and waste materials.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Signal operators of heavy machinery to facilitate safe transport of materials.
- Assist in the setup, inspection, and dismantling of scaffolding and temporary structures.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift and perform physical labor.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety equipment is a plus but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and on uneven terrain.
- Strong work ethic and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, and bend for extended periods.
