Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and equipment operation
- Prepare construction sites through excavation, grading, and debris removal
- Install and remove temporary structures and safety barriers
- Operate power tools and machinery under supervision
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and project specifications
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Perform general cleanup and site maintenance duties
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment background check
- OSHA 10 certification (preferred but not required)
