Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, demolition, and earthmoving tasks with precision
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) under supervision
- Install and remove scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety barriers
- Mix, pour, and finish concrete for foundations and structures
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to ensure compliance
- Maintain job site cleanliness and safety standards
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades as needed
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor in all weather
