Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and moving construction materials
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) under supervision
- Assist in site preparation, cleanup, and debris removal
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Support skilled tradesmen with various construction tasks
- Maintain equipment and tools in proper working condition
- Complete daily progress reports and documentation
Qualifications
- Must be physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions (heat, humidity)
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory
- No prior experience necessary – training provided
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours daily
