Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including digging, lifting, material handling, and site cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Assist skilled tradespeople with equipment operation and project support
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and site regulations
- Prepare job sites for daily operations and ensure organized material storage
- Complete daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
- Ability to perform strenuous physical activity in various weather conditions
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Must be available for early morning starts and occasional overtime
- Basic understanding of construction site safety practices preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with consistent attendance
