Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Perform manual labor including digging, lifting, and debris removal
- Maintain clean and safe job sites per OSHA standards
- Follow supervisor instructions for task completion
- Operate basic hand/power tools under guidance
- Support carpenters and other trades on-site
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
