Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and skilled trades with material handling, site prep, and cleanup
- Operate basic tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain job site cleanliness and safety standards
- Follow verbal instructions from site supervisors
- Participate in physical labor tasks (digging, lifting, carrying)
- Complete daily progress reports as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic tool handling experience preferred but not required
- OSHA 10-hour certification (training provided)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment drug screening
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily
