Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Operate hand/power tools (hammers, saws, drills) with precision and safety awareness
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Mix, pour, and finish concrete surfaces under supervisor guidance
- Perform basic carpentry tasks like framing, formwork, and finishing
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and site regulations
- Maintain clean and organized job sites throughout workday
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year prior construction or manual labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs repeatedly and work in extreme weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Basic math skills for material measurements and calculations
- Strong physical stamina and ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as project demands
